Position Description: PROJECT MANAGER
SEEKING A LAND DEVELOPMENT GUIDE
LIVIC is searching for a licensed or soon to be licensed Pennsylvania based professional with experience
navigating the land development process. At LIVIC, we refer to this person as a Guide. Someone whom can
master the land development process and lead a team/client along the project permitting journey.
Similar to a great outdoor adventure, you might hire a guide to know that everything is well planned while relying
on their knowledge to put you in a unique position all the while providing an unmatched experience. Similarly,
our development clients rely on the Guides at LIVIC to educate them on the risks scattered throughout the
permitting process, streamline the approval maze and deliver timely and cost-effective engineering solutions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
LIVIC Civil is looking to fill a full-time position for a land development Project Manager, a.k.a. Development
Guide. As we continue to grow, we are always in search of fresh new talent, so feel free to reach out even if you
dont quite match the position requirements. Generally, if youre willing to learn, were willing to teach you.
Essential job functions include:
Responsible for establishing and meeting project development schedules
Providing weekly project and client updates
Coordination and review of technical project aspects and submissions
Coordination with municipalities and/or permit agencies
Attendance and representation at municipal meetings
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2 5 years of relevant engineering experience
Licensed Professional Engineer/Registered Landscape Architect (or soon to be licensed)
Knowledge of Land Development processes
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Technical Stormwater Experience
Experience developing & managing project scopes and budgets
Experience preparing construction documents and specifications
