About Us:

Liverpool Veterinary Hospital PLLC, a privately- owned practice, has been servicing the Liverpool Community for almost 40 years. We are a busy one doctor companion animal practice that provides the gold-standard of veterinary medicine and customer service to our clients.

Liverpool Veterinary Hospital is open from 8:00am-6:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 8:00am-12pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Position:

We are currently looking for a part-time veterinary receptionist to join our busy practice. The receptionist provides the first impression of the hospital to clients and patients. The ideal candidate should have proven customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle all situations with a professional demeanor. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and be able to multitask effectively. One year of veterinary or office experience preferred, but not required. Hours will include rotating Saturdays, and will require flexibility.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

Opening the practice in the morning, answering multiple phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking-in clients, checking-out clients, processing payment, and patient discharges.
