We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Car Manager to join our Honda dealership. As the Used Car Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our used car department, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and maximizing profitability. Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the used car department, including inventory management, pricing, and vehicle appraisals.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Used Car Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.

- In-depth knowledge of the used car market, pricing strategies, and vehicle appraisal techniques.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability in a used car department.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.

- Proficient in using dealership management systems and other relevant software.

- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

The Used Car Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Salary Compensation of between $6,000.00 and $7,000.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
