The Purpose of Your Role
You will work with management as an administrative member of an interdependent virtual training team to synchronize cross-functional calendars with Agent Readiness Team (ART) planning documents, compile and distribute ART reports across the organization, maintain agent records for relevant program certifications, interact virtually with agents in support of program certifications, and support the ART corporate contractor program. This position plays a pivotal role in improving the lives of Liveops agents.
The Qualifications We’re Looking For
High school graduate, GED or equivalent
Above average skills when working with Microsoft Office suite
High level of attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and quickly handle impromptu changes in direction
Maintain positive cross-functional relationships
General knowledge of virtual meeting platforms

Ensure Agent Readiness Team (ART) leadership has the data and tools available to make strategic decisions
