As part of our continual growth, we are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Medical Assistants, Medical Receptionists and X-Ray Technologists to join our hard working team in all our New Jersey locations and our King of Prussia, PA location.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures per physician orders
  • Prepare patients for the procedure by verifying patient’s health information and reason for the imaging
  • Position patients properly to obtain the best possible images and adjust equipment accordingly
  • Follow established protocols and safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure to patients, staff, and self.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
  • Update patients record with details in regards to the imaging received and the results in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns and maintaining confidentiality
  • Collaborate with the providers on the results of the images
  • Be willing to cross train in medical receptionist and/or medical assistant duties to ensure all staff members can assist during the day to reduce high patient volume times
  • Be a supportive team player for all urgent care center co-workers

BENEFITS:

  • All Full Time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision benefits after 90 days of employment which is a shared cost between employer and employee.
  • Life Insurance, Short Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) which is employer paid
  • Retirement plan (401k) with company match up to 3%, 1st of the month after 90 days.
  • All full time employees are eligible up to 76 hours of PTO depending upon the quarter in which they are hired. PTO is inclusive of vacation, personal and sick leave.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • High School diploma required
  • Valid certification in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
  • Current State licensure as an X-Ray Technologist

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in similar position

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Understanding of medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Occasionally required to sit
  • Occasionally required to walk
  • Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to lift moderate weights (25-50 pounds).
  • Finger dexterity required
  • Hand coordination required
