Live Oak Homes has expanded our operations to three production facilities in South Georgia, we are a leading producer of Manufactures Home in the Southeast and looking for a Manufactured Housing Draftsman. Ideal candidates will have manufactured housing experience, drafting, self-motivated and goal orientated.

Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• HUD Code Manufactured Housing floorplan design using AutoCad 2023 and ensuring the designs adherence to HUD code
• Generation of floorplan approval documents and submittals the appropriate third-party agencies
• Preparation of production print packages to be release to the factory for construction
• Will assist in preparation of other required technical documents
• Work on technical assignments as required
• Strong commitment quality, efficiency, teamwork

Experience

• Associate Degree required with drafting degree or diploma preferred.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Deliver high quality work ensuring accuracy
• Must be computer proficient with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Moderate skill with AutoCAD drafting software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour
