Live Oak Environmental - Jacksonville is Hiring a Site Manager Near Jacksonville, TX

Live Oak Enviromental, LLC is seeking a full-time Site Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, TX.

Position Summary:
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site and ensuring the smooth running of the business. This position will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality standards are being met, and working to develop the business. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong desire to get involved in all aspects of the operations.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure quality standards are being met
  • Work to develop the business by taking on new projects and implementing changes as needed
  • Develop and implement systems to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain communication with all stakeholders within the business
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment
  • Make sure all trucks get on their routes safely
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to follow through on commitments
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
  • Must be able to remain calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, teams)
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to be organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must be able to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
