The Role: This position will work under the executive management team for 11 House of Blues venues. It will act as a central point of contact for multiple departments, including Restaurant/Bar Operations, Culinary, Marketing, Finance, and IT/Point of Sale. The role is responsible for maintaining the enterprise inventory management (CrunchTime) and employee scheduling and communications (HotSchedules) systems, as well as providing reporting insights to leadership. Responsibilities: Manage CrunchTime web-based inventory system (recipes, products, inventory, purchasing) Manage HotSchedules web-based scheduling and labor management platform Help coordinate HOB companywide initiatives (e.g., new menus, purchasing, marketing) Provide timely support to venue and corporate users during business hours Manage Accounts Payable process for HOB Retail Store division (approx. 20% of total time) Analyze, recommend and help implement operational improvement initiatives Reports to HOB Manager of Business Operations, while also providing direct support to Operations team including VP Food and Beverage, Executive Chef, Director of Operations, and VP of Retail Qualifications: College degree and 2 years of experience in a financial/administrative/operational role Prior experience with CrunchTime or similar restaurant operations system preferred, but not required Prior experience with HotSchedules or similar labor management system preferred, but not required High level of attention to detail, and ability to design and maintain complex analytical system Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Independent working style and desire to own and drive business performance improvements Ability to clearly communicate and work effectively with all levels and functions of HOB organization If the above description sounds like you and fits your background, apply online at http://www.livenation.com/careers/index.html to join the Live Nation Entertainment team today!
