The Events & Communications Specialist is responsible for planning, producing, and overseeing the execution of internal Team Member events and celebrations for Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact :
- Plan Team Member engagement calendar.
- Produce Team Member events / activities that align with planned calendar.
- Manage event budget.
- Update and maintain TM BOH displays and signage.
- Oversee and execute TMOM awards luncheon.
- Work with HR to execute events that align with TM benefits.
- Submit and process invoices.
- Order / maintain décor and giveaway inventory.
- Flexibility to manage different Team Member shifts.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Must-Haves :
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission for the position.
