Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in childhood development, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to support student learning
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior
- Incorporate Montessori principles into daily teaching practices
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- Provide individualized support to students who require extra assistance
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
Qualifications:
- AA degree in ECED
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of play-based principles
- Familiarity with childcare practices
- Ability to create and implement effective lesson plans
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Experience tutoring or working with students one-on-one
