Little Victories ABA is Hiring a Behavior Technician Near Oswego, IL

Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

General Description

Provide direct one-on-one instruction using principles of applied behavior analysis in a home, community or school setting.

Essential Job Functions

· Conduct sessions with clients using goals and plans created by a BCBA

· Data collection related to the goals and behavior plans

· Attend trainings conducted by Little Victories ABA LLC

· Proactively communicate with direct supervisor

· Intervene on maladaptive behaviors according to a behavior plan

· Maintain confidentiality, ethical guidelines, policies including HIPPA laws and regulation

Required Skills

· Experience with psychology, human development, special needs or behavior analysis preferred

· Minimum education required is a high school diploma or equivalent.

· Strong verbal, written and communication skills

· Must be fluent in English

· Must be able to sit, crawl on knees/floor and able to run

· Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs

Desired Skills

· Prefer candidates working toward a bachelors or masters level program

Qualifications

· Must pass a background check
· Must have a high school diploma or GED
· Must be a Registered Behavior Technician or be willing to get certified

Work Status

· This is a full time hourly position, and shifts will typically be 2-6 hours in length.

In-home

Currently, we are looking to fill full time position of approximately 25-30 hours a week in Plano and Oswego.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
