Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children in our care. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development. Responsibilities: - Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow - Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans - Provide basic care such as feeding, diapering, and ensuring proper hygiene - Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management techniques when necessary - Foster positive relationships with children and their families - Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure smooth operation of daily activities - Maintain a clean and organized childcare space Skills: - Experience in nannying or childcare settings - Knowledge of childhood development and educational principles - Ability to manage a classroom and maintain discipline - Proficiency in first aid and CPR - Experience working with infants and providing specialized care - Familiarity with special education practices is a plus - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs Requirements: - Previous experience working with children or students is preferred - Must have a genuine passion for working with children - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in early childhood development or related field is a plus We offer competitive pay rates, ongoing training opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
