Little Steps Columbia is Hiring a Lead Toddler Teacher (Urgently Hiring) Near Columbia, SC
Little Steps Columbia is hiring for our Toddler classroom. This candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a lesson plan, schedule and activity routine for our scholars. Hours for this position is for 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:00-5:30pm
Duties- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Follow all licensing regulations and maintain proper documentation
RequirementsEducation:
- High School Diploma
Experience:
- Teaching: 2 years (Required)
- Preschool: 2 years (Required)
