Job Description:

Little Sky Stone, a boutique online jewelry retailer celebrating our distinctive, handcrafted pieces, is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to enhance our digital presence. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media, skilled in visual storytelling, and eager to engage with a community that values unique jewelry. We are particularly looking for a creative storyteller who can captivate an audience, holding their attention with compelling narratives that resonate within the first 30 seconds of engagement.

Responsibilities:

· Content Creation: Develop engaging lifestyle photographs and short videos that reflect our brand’s ethos and resonate with our audience.

· Content Scheduling: Organize and schedule regular posts across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) to optimize visibility and engagement.

· Community Engagement: Proactively interact with followers by responding to comments and feedback, aiming to cultivate a positive community atmosphere and strengthen relationships with our audience.

· Analytics Monitoring: Monitor social media performance metrics regularly, analyzing likes, shares, comments, etc., to gauge content and strategy effectiveness.

· Campaign Support: Assist in planning and implementing social media campaigns in alignment with broader marketing objectives and promotional schedules.

· Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are current and effective.

Qualifications:

· Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

· Proficient in photography and videography, with a portfolio showcasing your capability in lifestyle and product imagery.

· Strong writing abilities, capable of creating engaging and well-crafted posts.

· Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics platforms.

· Self-motivated and creative, with strategic thinking skills and an understanding of brand positioning on social media.

Working Schedule:

· This part-time role requires an average of 10-15 hours per week.

· The position includes a flexible schedule with a requirement to visit the office twice a week on days and times that can be adjusted to fit your availability.
