We are currently seeking a teacher for:

Rock-n-Roll Club/Stories in Motion 

Dates:

3 /18/2024-3/29/2024

Time:

8:00am-5:00pm

*Teachers are required to be there 15 min before and stay 15 minutes after (paid time).

Pay:$30.00 an hour

Duties:

- Provide instruction to preschool students in various subjects (mainly STEAM).
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students.
- Follow lesson plans provided by Little Scholars and ensure a smooth transition for students.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and engagement.
- Manage student behavior and enforce classroom rules in a fair and consistent manner.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to support student success.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (or actively working towards one) in education or a related field preferred (college students, Daycare providers, current teachers and teaching assistants are encouraged to apply)
- Experience working with children at a young age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on short notice as a substitute teacher.
