Little Saps is a small e-commerce business located in Grassy Creek, NC near the NC/VA state line. Shipped nationwide, Little Saps gift trees are a meaningful and memorable way to celebrate or remember life’s big moments. Little Saps also provides tree seedling event favors and is about to launch a house plant line.

We are looking for a detail-oriented fulfillment manager with an artistic eye to handle product fulfillment (processing, packaging, and shipping orders). Hours are flexible, but orders need to ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded.
• Monitor selling channels for new orders and process orders for packaging.
• Print packing slips and shipping labels from our shipping platform and partner portals.
• Assemble, package, and ship orders.
• Answer customer inquiries related to orders.
• Organize and monitor packaging supplies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized packaging environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experiences in office support, fulfillment, shipping or inventory management preferred.
• Technologically savvy and comfortable with online platforms like Squarespace, ShipStation, and Etsy.
• Excellent prioritization skills, self-directed, able to work alone.
• Detail oriented with a high regard for product aesthetics.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

This position works closely with the greenhouse manager and the managing partner. Hours are flexible, but orders must ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
