Job Type - Seasonal (Summer)

Reports to: Restaurants General Manager

Essential Functions

1. Serve as Restaurant Manager when neither the general or assistant managers are present.
2. Provide top-notch customer service and member experience.
3. Lead by example and supervise the restaurant staff with both redirecting and reinforcing feedback.
4. Help train and develop restaurant staff.
5. Actively listen and handle member complaints and issues with great care and concern.
6. Maintain working knowledge of restaurant menus.
7. Make recommendations for members who have food sensitivities/allergies.
8. Assist in receiving and delivering orders when necessary.
9. Keep the storage areas organized and clean.
10. Clearly communicate with other members of the team as production is accomplished.
11. Leave each shift organized and cleaned, exceeding what you would want to come into yourself.
12. Accurately process member orders in the club POS system when necessary.
13. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area per grill standards.
14. Work special events as necessary throughout the year.
15. Uphold our principle to “Improve the day.”

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Previous management/supervising experience
2. Ability to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals.
3. Experience in using various ingredients, kitchen tools, and cooking techniques is preferred.
4. Ability to keep a workspace clean while working.
5. Passion for expanding knowledge about food preparation and restaurant services.
6. Patience, tact, and clear communication skills.
7. Skills in both leadership and customer service.
8. Strong time management and multitasking skills.
9. Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
