Hourly - Full-time

Reports to: Operations Director

Essential Functions

1. Maintenance and upkeep of the facility including all equipment.
2. Preventive maintenance on all equipment.
3. Exercise a professional attitude and conflict resolution skills when handling member feedback; refer feedback to the appropriate supervisor as needed.
4. Uphold our principle to “improve the day.”
5. General assistance in other departments when necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications

1. 1-2 years’ experience in operations or maintenance work preferred.
2. Patience, tact, and clear communication skills.
3. Skills in both leadership and customer service.
4. Solid work ethic.
5. Self sufficient in completing tasks
