Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in an upbeat, friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and server stations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Make connections and create a fun and enthusiastic experience for each and every guest

-Engage in a teamwork atmosphere

- Keep up with cleanliness and sanitation of area and section

-Dilegently follow opening, on going and closing procedures to ensure proper flow of restaurant

Requirements:
- 1 year experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Math skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment

-Must have Basset and food handler certification
