Little Peach Pediatric Therapy is a pediatric speech-language, feeding, occupational, and physical therapy clinic established in 2019 in Prattville, Alabama. We are searching for qualified and passionate people who are interested in working in a pediatric clinic setting with room for growth.

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly desired
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and implement behavior analysis techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
