Job Summary:

Little Pasitos Bilingual Preschool is seeking a Spanish speaking, passionate, nurturing, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate the development and education of young children.

Duties:
- Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of each child.
- Plan and conduct activities to promote the children's physical, mental, and social development.
- Maintain a tidy, organized classroom conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents on a regular basis regarding their child's progress.
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior.
- Implement effective behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development of educational goals.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a preschool setting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with Montessori or other alternative educational philosophies is a plus.
- Ability to develop engaging and age-appropriate curriculum.
- Strong literacy education skills.
- Proficient in classroom management and lesson planning.

Expected hours: 40 per week
