Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to stimulate children's learning and development
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore, play, and learn
- Monitor children's behavior and ensure their safety at all times
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive and engaging curriculum
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's activities and progress
- Follow all daycare policies and procedures

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience working in childcare or related field
- Ability to provide tutoring or assistance to children as needed
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Knowledge of physical education activities suitable for young children
- Ability to effectively manage behavior in a positive manner
- Experience working with children of various ages and backgrounds
- Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations
- Familiarity with daycare operations and routines
- Knowledge of special education principles is a plus
