Did you know that LMWS's can provide therapy services to children ages 0-3 years old in New York? We are a boutique agency willing to train new and seasoned ABA therapists for cases in all 5 boroughs. You will then become an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapist who observes patients and creates treatment plans to reinforce helpful behaviors. They often teach desirable behaviors, such as healthy lifestyle choices, using rewards to encourage patients to develop positive habits. We believe in the Play and Teach philosophy and you will be teaching young children through play and in their natural environment. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Help patients with behavioral improvement
  • Observe, identify, analyze and respond to patient behaviors
  • Teach patients about basic life skills and academic learning strategies
  • Help patients improve their communication, speech and social skills
  • Have individual discussions with patients to create personalized rehabilitation strategies
  • Communicate with patients' family members
  • Conduct administrative tasks, like maintaining records after a therapy session

*Must have a master's in psychology and have a Birth-grade 2 certificate or have an LMSW degree.
Compensation: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
