Little Learners Therapy is dedicated to providing professional Infant Development services and Applied Behavior Analysis services with the warmth and quality of a Parent and the skill and experience of a Specialist. We promise to do this by providing intense clinical and educational training for all clinicians and employees, while also encouraging them to become a connected parent in their own homes, who can apply that same level of care to each client. Teaching children requires grace, patience, and consistency and we strive to partner with parents and guardians to provide this learning environment to each child in our care. We are looking for qualified, motivated, energetic and creative professionals, to work with children in the family homes to help implement personalized family focused treatment programs. The ideal Early Interventionist is passionate about their work with children ages 0 to 3 and have knowledge of typical and atypical child development.
The following overview is the basic required functions in fulfillment of the position. Additional responsibilities and expectations are developed on a case by case basis in order to meet the needs of families and consumers served.
Job Overview: The Interventionist will monitor the development of children in home, the community and/or other natural settings, providing 1:1 specialized behavior intervention services to children, and parent education, according to goals described in the treatment plan. Ensure effective communication between all support team members. Provide on call coverage for caseloads. Commitment to a minimum of 90% client fulfilment hours. Complete necessary program and participant-related documents and reports. Attend meetings as requested.
