Little Leaf ABA is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Near Fort Wayne, IN
Little Leaf ABA, a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy company based in Indiana, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders
- Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients in both home and clinic settings
- Monitor and track client progress towards treatment goals
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and/or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists and occupational therapists, as needed
Requirements:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with children with ASD and related developmental disorders
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations throughout Indiana
