We are seeking an outgoing and experienced Camp Counselor to join our team! As a Camp Counselor, your top priority will be to ensure the safety of our campers in a Christian Educational Environment.
You will oversee camper activities and make sure they have a fun and productive day. You will also plan fun activities and games and teach academic refreshers and Bible stories for ages 5-11.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and facilitate games, sports, and other outdoor activities
- Adhere to daily and weekly schedules catered to each group of campers, their ages, and interests
- Monitor campers and escort them to various activities
- Provide fun learning opportunities
- Update Campers Feed In Parent Portal
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a camp counselor or in a similar position
- Experience doing outdoor activities
- Highly organized and responsible
- Excellent communication skills
- First-aid and CPR-certified
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
