Little Kitchen Htx in Jersey Village, TX is looking for one food prep to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 16000 Dillard Drive Suite A. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. This position is for our new location at Jersey Meadow Golf Course opening in March/April.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down workstation
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Weigh and measure ingredients to be used
Qualifications
- Experience working in BOH position
- Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
