Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee beverages. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and prepare coffee beverages according to established recipes
- Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Stock supplies and ensure inventory is properly maintained
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the coffee bar
- Upsell additional products or specials to customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong math skills, including retail math and basic math calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
