Responsibilities:
- Provide caregiving and nannying services to children in a daycare setting
- Implement behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and positive environment
- Maintain classroom management by organizing activities, supervising playtime, and assisting with meal times
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children, such as babysitting or working in a daycare or school setting, is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies is a plus
- Ability to engage and interact with children of different ages and developmental stages
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with parents, staff, and children
Requirements: 60 COLLEGE SEMESTER HOURS: 12 HOURS CHILD RELATED COURSES OR 24 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AND 12 HOURS OF CHILD RELATED COURSES
