Olive & Finch, an award winning fine casual eatery and bakery has opened a new concept - Little Finch.
An all day café and bakery, Little Finch offers craft coffee, cocktails, sweet and savory pastries and grab and go products just a few block from Union Station on 16th Street Mall.

Seeking an experienced individual to oversee operations and growth.
Responsibilities include:
-Direction of all management team and hourly staff.
-In charge of day-to-day operations and growth
-Controls purchases and inventory by meeting with managers and weekly P&L.
-Accomplishes restaurant recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining management staff; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
-Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
Requirements:
General Manager Skills and Qualifications:
Cost Accounting, Developing Budgets, Financial Planning and Strategy, Decision Making, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Verbal Communication, Customer Focus, Management Proficiency, Managing Profitability, Quality Focus. Minimum of 3-5years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($55,000.00 - $65,000.00)
