Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging educational experiences
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's development and progress
- Follow all licensing regulations and maintain accurate records

Skills:
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting, daycare, or as a nanny
- Strong classroom management skills to create an organized and structured learning environment
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Understanding of child development stages and milestones
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
