**Job Title: Preschool Teacher**

**Location:** Little Einstein Preschool, 2105 E Southern Ave, Mesa

**Position Overview:**

As a Preschool Teacher at Little Einstein Preschool, you will play a crucial role in nurturing the development and growth of young minds. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, understands their individual needs, and provides them with the love and guidance necessary for their holistic development. We are seeking dedicated individuals for the roles of Toddler Teacher, Infant Teacher, and Pre-Teacher.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and development.

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

- Observe and assess children's progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to meet their evolving needs.

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.

- Provide individualized attention and support to each child, recognizing and respecting their unique abilities, interests, and backgrounds.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that meets health and safety standards.

- Encourage and model positive behavior, conflict resolution, and social skills development.

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience working with children in a preschool or early childhood education setting preferred.

- Relevant education and certifications in early childhood education or a related field.

- Passion for working with young children and a genuine love for helping them learn and grow.

- Patience, empathy, and understanding of child development principles.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
