Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our company and promote our products or services to potential customers. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with the public, build brand awareness, and contribute to our marketing efforts. This position is part time and temporary, based on sales and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Market and promote our products and services at various events, businesses, schools, trade shows, or retail locations
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing customer concerns
- Drive sales by effectively communicating product features and benefits
- Conduct data collection activities to gather customer feedback and insights
- Assist with event marketing initiatives, including setup, teardown, and coordination of promotional materials
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative strategies for brand promotion
- Represent the brand in a professional manner at all times
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences
- Sales experience or a natural ability to persuade and influence others
- Proficient in data collection techniques and tools for gathering customer insights
- Experience in event marketing is a plus
- Excellent public speaking skills to confidently present information about the brand
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
