Job Description

• Provide initial customer contact and continuing communication with a client through the resolution of a service ticket.
• Troubleshooting, virus removal, hardware testing and repair, data recovery, formatting & wiping hard drives, reinstalling operating systems, documenting the repair process, and updating knowledgebase articles.
• Efficiently manage multiple repairs simultaneously while continuously updating a computerized ticket management and tracking system.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of and experience with computer hardware and software installations, Windows operating systems, basic networking administration, O365 administration, troubleshooting and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, & other peripherals in a business setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting or individually with the ability to self-manage.
• Must be able to assist with on-site equipment repair or installation. As a result, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. or crawl under desks to install equipment is required.
• A driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
