With our career ladder you start as Lot Attendant / Porter, Move Up Ladder to PDI Tech, Apprentice Technician, Certified Mechanic then Master Certified Mechanic. Prior experience in an auto, RV, marine, motorcycle or power sports dealership is a plus but NOT required.
