You’ll correspond with our nursing staff to report patient progress to ensure that patients are meeting their treatment goals.
As a Behavioral Health Associate, you’ll assist with educational and rehab groups that allow our patients to work on various behavioral skills that will help them reacclimate into their daily lives. Education/Experience/Skill RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Prefer one year of experience working with the specific population of the facility. “Minimum experience required is at least one year of working directly with Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing individuals with Behavioral/Mental Health issues.”
Licenses/Designations/CertificationsCPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility). First aid may be required based on state or facility.
