Little Champs Therapy & Yoga is Hiring a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Near Delray Beach, FL

About us

Little Champs Therapy & Yoga is committed to providing the highest quality pediatric therapy to children with special needs in the community settings. We offer Pediatric Physical, Occupational Speech, Speech, Music and Respiratory Therapy in homes, day cares, parks or private school where the child benefits the most. We also infuse complementary therapies such as Yoga and Music during the sessions to further enhance the effectiveness the child’s outcomes. At Little Champs, we are looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who is hardworking, loves children, devoted and passionate, as well as willing to accommodate to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • The position will include providing direct supervision of ABA therapists.
  • Conduct assessments; Complete/oversee progress and progress notes as needed
  • Create individualized plans
  • Working/collaborating with parents and/or guardians to ensure understanding
  • Supervising (may include training) BCaBA
  • Work with clients on a one-to-one basis to deliver therapy
  • Maintain electronic treatment records and progress reports using web-based therapy software
  • Building/maintaining rapport with the child and keeping up-to-date with program goals/changes for each client
  • Record CPT codes in our EMR system
  • Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and support
  • Participate within an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

  • Must hold BCaBA certification and have experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • A minimum of 1-year of experience providing ABA services to children
  • Experience working with children with varying disabilities
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations throughout a workday as needed
  • Willingness to work variable hours including daytime and evenings
  • CPR certification
  • Liability and Car insurance
  • Level II Background required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Personable, motivated, creative, dependable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
