Description - Under the direction of the Director, the Summer Camp Coordinator is responsible for leading small and large group activities for the full summer. This position works with children ages 5-12 years old and is directly responsible for the safety and supervision of their assigned group at all times.

Location – Wellmont Child Development Center, 281 Steeles Road, Bristol, TN

Schedule – This is a seasonal position, scheduled up to 40 hours per week during the school systems summer break with a potential for full time hire. Scheduled work week, Monday through Friday.

Education/Experience – Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some college/university preferred) and knowledgeable in the planning and implementation of both educational and fun experiences for school age children. The candidate should be energetic and have a positive attitude and have the ability to interact with parents. They must be nurturing to children and able to set consistent limits for the children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
