**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, ensuring the lodge and rooms is maintained well with housekeeping and maintenance upkeep. This position has been simplified and will work close with the management company. Phone calls, emails, marketing and customer service is handled off-site, allowing the onsite operations to focus on guest experience, cleanliness & safety. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, and possess excellent leadership skills. **Responsibilities:**

- Work with the management company & staff to develop, fine-tune and implement hotel policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations

- Oversee all aspects of the hotel, including front desk management, housekeeping, laundry & maintenance

- Ensure high-quality guest services are provided at all times

- Supervise and support your team, chip in where it is needed

- Work with the management company on human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Address guest concerns and work with our customercare center to resolve guest complaints

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors

- Familiarity with phone systems and hospitality software is a plus
