Store Manager

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store
- Manage and lead a team of employees
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff
- Create and manage the store's budget
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock levels
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Collaborate with corporate headquarters on marketing initiatives and promotions

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team
- Experience in training and development of staff members
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions based on trends
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and ability to set competitive prices
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting
