Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks
- Knowledge of bartending, hotel operations, catering, food production, banquet services, and coffee preparation
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications relevant to the position
