Crew Member

We are currently hiring for evening/night shift crew member positions

Summary of Position
The Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and fellow workers. The Crew Member will assist in the preparation of food for customers. The Crew Member will prepare, package and label food products properly, as well as maintain a clean and orderly work area, all while following health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in person, or via telephone
• Answers incoming calls
• Takes orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Prepares orders from orders submitted by customers using our POS system
• Communicates effectively with customers when taking orders or answering questions
• Maintains customer engagement throughout the entire customer experience
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
• Work with a team to provide great service

Qualifications
- Ability to learn new software quickly and retain information effectively
- Customer Service experience preferred (1 year customer service experience is preferred but not required- Ability to maintain order accuracy

We currently offer Health Insurance to those who maintain a full time position within our company. We are more than happy to work around school schedules and sports as necessary. We do require a weekend/holiday availability. Request offs are on a first come first serve basis as we do need to properly staff to maintain an efficient and stress free environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $350.00 - $450.00 per week
