Duties:

• Completes forms/documents to accurately record and process cash transactions, jackpot payouts, fills, etc.
• Continually walk through assigned areas, providing exceptional guest service:
  • Welcome guests, answer questions, provide directions, thank exiting guest/invite them to return.
  • Pay jackpots in accordance with policy.
  • Perform minor repairs as needed/calling for Slot Tech for larger repairs.
  • Communicate information about special events.
  • Pick up/dispose of trash, wipe-down/sanitize machines, and other miscellaneous duties to make the guest's experience a good one.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
