Little Blessings Child Care Center is Hiring a Floater Teacher Near Norman, OK

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Provide instruction to students in various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies
- Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special needs or learning disabilities
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a teacher or in a related field
- Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Experience working with children of various ages and abilities
- Understanding of child development principles and practices
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
