Job Overview:
Little Aquatics seeking enthusiastic and experienced Swim Instructors to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills and water safety to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Duties:
- Conduct swim lessons in a safe and supportive environment
- Develop lesson plans and tailor instruction to meet the needs of each student
- Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing, and floating
- Provide guidance on water safety and promote a fun and engaging learning experience
- Monitor students' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons

-Clear communcation to parents and office staff

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Swim Instructor or in a related role is preferred
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes
- Familiarity with teaching techniques and methods for different age groups
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate swimming techniques to students
- Experience working with students with diverse backgrounds and abilities is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 40 per week
