Little Amigos Early Learning Center is a small business in West Roxbury, MA. We are seeking a talented and motivated Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant to join our bilingual (Spanish and English) team and help shape our students' early childhood development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and working with children, the desire to learn and grow their career in Early Childhood Education, and the desire to make a difference in the lives of young students. The successful Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant will be provided with ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Spanish fluency is required, English fluency is not required.

Responsibilities:

• Play with and bond with young children.
• Assist with the design and implementation of curriculum, which includes activities that promote the health, emotional, social, cognitive, physical, and spiritual growth of each child.
• Provide positive reinforcement as children learn.
• Create a safe, clean environment that is conducive to learning.
• Establish routines for daily schedule; maintain order in classroom.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.51 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
