Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Receives customer orders by Sales Force or email and processes them through the Company’s ERP system.
• Enters job into production.
• Uploads order acknowledgements to Sales Force.
• Uploads shipping documents to Sales Force once job is completed.
• Maintains shipping schedule.
• Take part in production and pre engineering meetings.
• Need to be familiar with basic graphic art set up.
• Maintain online control sheets for production.
• Communicate with PrePress plate vendors and manage new and revised art files submitted by the customer.
• Works with scheduler to assign press and shipping dates.
• Checks stock inventory
• Investigates and answers customer questions/complaints in a timely, professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicates with and supports the sales representatives regarding their accounts.
• Works with outsource suppliers/vendors
• File paperwork/control sheets/billing paperwork as needed.
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications :

Minimum 3-5 years related experience in the printing, packaging or manufacturing industry. Experience in flexographic printing or flexible packaging environment preferred. Knowledge of Graphic Arts industry helpful

• Ability to become knowledgeable of printing equipment, packaging equipment and respective running speeds, packaging laminations, and most efficient methods for producing any possible job.
• Excellent organization skills;
• Detail and process-oriented.
• Positive can-do attitude is required;
• Strong computer skills to learn and adapt to EFI Radius Packaging & Sales Force software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Experience in managing multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to make decisions independently and with good common sense.
• Ability to handle problems over the phone with good phone etiquette and professionalism
• Problem solving and trouble shooting skills to deal with difficult situations.
• Strong math aptitude

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
