POSITION SUMMARY
Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Team assemblers can perform some or all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of them rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis. Technician is encouraged to provide input and feedback to engineer and/or cell lead to strive toward continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
Keep work areas clean.
Assembly of cables, battery packs, or electro-mechanical assembly. Adhere to and maintain workmanship standards set forth by Aved. Participate in continuous training, including but not limited to cross training to all three divisions.
Use lead free solder on PC boards.

Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are necessary.
Certification & Licenses: All assembly technicians must be trained in house to a curriculum based on IPC-620 standards, welding, general assembler knowledge, and basic Cirris testing Non-Conforming SOP 8.3.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Light assembly work in climate controlled environment.
