DFC Title Administrator

Location : Medford or Tigard

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Comp : $18.00-$21.00 DOE

The Title Administrator is responsible for all aspects of missing and incoming titles, and title maintenance, as it pertains to Driveway Finance Corporation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor funded loans and communicate with Lithia dealerships to obtain status updates on outstanding titles
• Actively proof seek lien perfection and secure vehicle titles
• Maintain positive and professional communications with customers, DMV, and dealership personnel
• Accurately log and process all incoming electronic and paper titles
• File paper titles correctly in fire safes
• Communicate title errors to dealership and coordinate correction of title
• Work with state DMVs to obtain replacements for lost or damaged titles
• Accurately document all actions and communications pertaining to the vehicle title in loan management system
• Title audits, projects, and other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of urgency
• Excellent communication
• PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
• Previous experience in office / administration, customer service, or auto title / DMV related work preferred

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
