Service Advisor

Lithia Ford of Idaho Falls is looking to add a full-time Service Advisor to our growing Service Department! In this position, you will communicate with our technicians to make recommendations for maintenance programs that meet the customer’s needs in an efficient and friendly manner.

Requirements :

• Prior dealership Service writing experience required.
• Ford experience helpful!
• Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.
• Basic computer skills. Experience with CDK a plus!
• General car knowledge is beneficial.
